I am excited to announce that for a 2nd year in a row, Flexcon has been awarded the US Best Managed Companies award. Six years ago the Executive Team embarked on a journey that was called “Cultural Transformation”, creating a sound growth strategy and putting into place an organizational structure with the right talent to execute that strategy. The goal was to create an all-inclusive culture and ensuring financial success. It is nice to see that all of this work not only has been recognized by our employees and business partners, but also by well known institutions such as Deloitte and The wall Street Journal.
